Home Transcripts Pro uses a monthly subscription for clean transcript output and paid account features.
Subscription model
Home Transcripts Pro is $14.99 per month. Billing details, cancellation, receipts, and payment method updates are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.
A free account can save transcript records and preview watermarked copies. Pro unlocks clean PDF download, clean printing, typed administrator signature, full transcript check, and saved versions of each finished transcript.
Refund requests
Users can contact support for billing errors, duplicate charges, or refund questions. Refund decisions may consider subscription status, recent billing activity, product access, applicable law, and whether a clean export was already used.
