Educational record-preparation service

Home Transcripts provides tools that help users format, calculate, preview, check, sign, and export homeschool transcript records. Users are responsible for entering accurate data, reviewing the final document, and keeping source records that support the transcript.

No legal or admissions advice

The website provides general educational information. It does not provide legal advice, admissions advice, or a guarantee that a recipient will accept a record.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Users may use the free resources for personal homeschool record preparation. Users may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or represent Home Transcripts as an accreditor or delivery network.

Accounts, subscriptions, and cancellation

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account email and password. Pro features require an active paid subscription processed through Stripe.

Canceling Pro stops future subscription renewal but does not turn Home Transcripts into a records custodian or delivery service. Users should export important records before deleting an account.

Student records and deletion

Users should only enter student information they are authorized to manage. Account export and deletion controls are available in the app, subject to ordinary security checks and limited retention needs for billing, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
